HOOKY® is a new idea in the field of calendar binding. Its main aim: to provide a practial and economical calendar hanger.
In fact HOOKY® is an incorporated hanger made of the Double-Loop wire binding itself.
Advantages of HOOKY® :
- No ordering or pre-stocking of loose conventional hangers.
- Capital costs can be paid off in 1 or 2 years.
- Production times are cut to a minimum.
- Adaptable to various diameters and pitches, e.g. Ø ¼” – 3:1”.
Models of HOOKY® apparatus available for Double-Loop wire binding:
- Independent table top model, type W-I manual – max. production approx. 450-500 pcs/hr.
- Semi-automatic unit with conveyor feeder and ejector, type W-II AUTO – max. production approx. 850-900 pcs/hr. Calendars are simply placed on the entry conveyor belt, followed by automatic production and conveyor delivery to packing table.
- Fully automatic unit for “In-Line” production. Conveyor belt fed (take up) and delivery. Unit is built in the production line prior to flipping-over and packaging stations and works optionally: only when switched on. Adapted on BIELOMATIC & WOMAKO production lines.
